Dustin Birn founded BirnUnify to help organizations solve operational bottlenecks through flexible, execution-focused consulting support.

His background spans budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, operational improvement, and cross-functional execution across both enterprise and public sector environments. Dustin specializes in identifying where demand exceeds organizational capacity and deploying practical solutions that improve throughput, visibility, and execution speed.

Through BirnUnify, Dustin combines finance, operations, analytics, and process optimization to help organizations strengthen planning capabilities, improve decision-making, and scale more effectively. His approach emphasizes practical execution, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact rather than theoretical consulting recommendations.

Dustin is currently pursuing an MBA and MS in Business Analytics through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a focus on predictive analytics, optimization modeling, and operational strategy.
